Reinstalling Mirage Studio Pro

I have Mirage Studio Pro+,getting started guide and the dongle key. I revived my PowerMac G4 (needed a new HD, therefore the reason for reinstall), Unfortunately I have to register it again, but the link is no longer valid. Can someone here help me out with getting it up and running again?

Haven't you saved your Lock and Unlock code somewhere else?
TVP 10.0.18, Mac Pro Quadcore 3 GHz, 16 GB RAM, OS 10.11, QT 7.7.3

Please send us a message here with as many details as possible about you (name, adress, date or purchase, dogtag or dongle number, ...).
